Terms & Conditions
General
- By renting any garment from us, you agree and consent to these terms and conditions.
- These Ts&Cs can be altered as we see necessary.
- The rented garment must only be worn by the renter.
Rental care
- Do not wash the garments yourself.
- If damage and stains occur, please let us know as soon as possible.
- We will try our best to repair/clean the garment.
- If unsuccessful, a repair or dry cleaning fee will be issued.
- If any damage, including stains, is beyond repair or the garment is “un-rentable”, you will be held responsible for the full retail price for replacement.
- If garment goes missing you are liable to pay the full retail price of the garment or a replacement fee we deem to be appropriate.
- If you must pay for the garment to be replaced, you are not allowed to keep the old damaged garment.
- If you must pay for the garment to be repaired or replaced, this must be payed within 7 days of being contacted.
Bookings
- To make a booking, either book through this website or send us a DM.
- The booking is not confirmed until payment has been made.
- If making a booking via DM we require a screenshot of payment as well as a photo of a valid NZ I.D.
- You MUST select the day of your event as the first day of your renting period when booking through the website.
Postal Order
- Postal orders close 11 am Wednesdays.
- Postal orders are sent out Wednesday afternoon.
- These are expected to arrive on the Thursday or Friday.
- The following Monday, garments must be posted by 12pm.
- $15 per day late fees apply for each day after your garment is meant to be sent by.
Pickups
- Pickups are located in Dunedin unless stated otherwise.
- Garments can be collected from 10am Friday.
- Orders can be made until 6pm Saturday night.
- these must be returned the following Monday by 7pm.
- $15 per day late fees apply for each day after your garment is meant to be returned by.
- We require photo proof of drop off when garment is returned in person.
Pickup try-ons
- Pay $5 for a 2 hour block to pickup, try-on, and return a rental.
- The $5 will be taken off the total rental price if happy to rent the garment.
- The $5 will not be returned if you decide to not rent.
- To book, Email or DM us.
- Try-ons are only able to happen if the garment is not being rented the following week.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds whatsoever, this includes if the garment does not fit or appear as expected, if you are no longer able to attend your event, or you change your mind.
Garment Conditions
As a rental company, items should not be expected to be in new condition. Most garments will have been worn by other customers prior to yourself, so general wear is to be expected. Garments are in wearable condition with minimal wear/damage, unless stated in the product description.
